We then wandered home for a latish dinner for us, which let the crowds thin out. Once again thank goodness for our haven.
The markets here are so extensive. I don't know if you could explore the whole area. Like any market - there is a repetition of goods and much is commercially produced. In one little.square we found an area set aside for games - traditional games throwing ropes with wooden balls on the ends so that they wrap around a wooden frame (not a jogger around the power lines but same principle!)
Somehow we are like homing pigeons because we were starting to feel tired when "Hey, I know where we are!" was the dual cry. Home for a wine/hot chocolate and some Christmas treats.
